Sales And Refunds
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special order items are nonreturnable, either for credit or for refund, and such orders cannot be canceled once placed on a customer’s behalf. Special order items are clearly noted as such, and customers are required to sign (or click agreement to) a waiver specifying their understanding of, and agreement with, these terms.
CANCELATION
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh day from the date of order, provided that your goods have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing, citing your name and order reference, either at sales@kibardindesign.com or by post at Trojska 169/427, 171 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We do not deliver to your area
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail, and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We shall not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment, damages or loss suffered.
If you receive the goods after you have canceled your order then you must return the goods, without unpacking them, at your own cost and risk. Once you have notified us that you are canceling your contract, any sum debited from your credit card minus the delivery costs will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when sent to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods that have been made to order in a specific finish or upholstery color as per the customer's specifications are nonreturnable. If received damaged or defective then a replacement will be manufactured and delivered as soon as possible. Please only order when you are sure that the item and finish are right for your needs, as you will not be able to change the order after the item has been entered into production or because it is different from what you expected following delivery, except when we have not supplied the correct item or specification as per the order confirmation. Further, we request that you check access to your property, as delivery is on the understanding that you have checked the dimensions of the item and that it fits through all doorways, stairwells and within the area of intended use.
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you have ordered a standard product, where no finish options have been specified for you, and you would like to return it or exchange it for a different item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You may return or exchange goods within 7 days of delivery, though the Company is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth below.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
The product you return must be in new and unused condition, with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. By “new and unused” we mean that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. The costs for all products returned in the manner set forth will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card excluding delivery costs.
In the event your order is received in a faulty or damaged condition please notify us by the next working day or as soon as reasonably possible at sales@kibardindesign.com to discuss our procedures for returns and to organize a replacement.
We will email you a replace/return document and request that you kindly complete and enclose it in the package, and pack the item in the original packing and manner with which it was received.

Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a Kibardin Gift Card.
If you would like to return a stock item for a different reason, for example, because upon inspection the item is not what you really wanted, then you may return it, within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the goods. Please ensure you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item ready for collection. This clause applies only to stock items which have not been specifically ordered in a color or finish of your choice.
