German Chancellor Scholarship for Prospective Leaders, Germany.

Since 2002 the AvH Fund annually awards ten German Chancellor Scholarships for Prospective Leaders from the Russian Federation. Only the ones that demonstrated remarkable qualities, displaying their leadership abilities, are favored. The program is intended for representatives of different professions, especially in humane, juridical, social, economic sciences and arts.

The program is patronized by the federal chancellor of the federal Republic of Germany. It was established to help people with innovational potential to take the leading positions in different spheres of social life and to make out the people who have experience working with German specialists who will help strengthen the relationships between the two countries.
